• To develop empowered parent advocates throughout New York State.

• To create a climate of opportunity for blind children in all parts of society.

• To be a source of support and encouragement for each other and our children.

• To develop and expand available resources for blind children and their families.

• To share our experience of strength and hope.

• To empower parents to accomplish these goals through the influence and guidance of positive role models through our joint effort with the National Federation of the Blind.
